PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge amount changeover device of an oil pump which enlarges an operation region of a partial discharge state while fixing the oil pump to a full discharge state or the partial discharge state according to an operation state, can further alleviate a load of the oil pump, and can further reduce a fuel consumption amount.SOLUTION: A discharge amount changeover device 3 of an oil pump comprises: a switch pressure duty solenoid 51 which generates switch hydraulic pressure for, according to an operation state, switching the fixation of a discharge destination of oil discharged from a second discharge port 107B of the oil pump 10 to a first line pressure oil passage 70A which communicates with the first discharge port 107A, or the fixation of the discharge destination to a second suction oil passage 80B which communicates with suction ports 106A, 106B, or the non-fixation of the discharge destination; and a changeover control valve 60C which switches the discharge destination of the discharged oil between the first line pressure oil passage 70A and the second suction oil passage 80B, on the basis of a pressing force difference between a pressing force by an actual line pressure, a pressing force by a line pressure control pressure, and a pressing force by the switch hydraulic pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
