摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace core tube attaining both energy-saving performance and durability, a furnace core refractory structure using the same and an induction heating furnace.SOLUTION: The furnace core tube 1 is the one installed while being inserted in an induction heating coil, and includes a castable-made tubular body 11 and two lines of skid rails 12 arranged inside the tubular body in the longitudinal direction thereof. Each of the skid rails 12 is formed of plural continuing ceramic rail pieces 121. The rail pieces 121 are embedded in an inner surface 11a of the tubular body 11 while having a part thereof exposed, and are integrally burned with the tubular body 11. The furnace core refractory structure includes: the furnace core tube 1 installed while being inserted in the induction heating coil; and an outer periphery lining layer formed by filling monolithic castable in a gap between the induction heating coil and the furnace core tube 1 and covering the outer periphery of the furnace core tube in a tubular manner. The induction heating furnace includes the induction heating coil and the furnace core refractory structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
