A fluid control device (10) is provided with a pump (50) and an external structure (27). The pump (50) is provided with an actuator (14), a top plate section (15) which faces the actuator (14) in the thickness direction with a gap therebetween, and a side wall plate (23) which extends in the thickness direction from the top plate section (15) and which supports a vibrating body (42). The actuator (14) is provided with the plate-shaped vibrating body (42) and a piezoelectric element (25) which vibrates the vibrating body (42) in the thickness direction. The top plate section (15) is provided with a protrusion section (12) and an affixation section (113), which protrude further outward in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction than the side wall plate (23). The affixation section (113) is affixed to the external structure (27) through the protrusion section (12).
