PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for photographing a person who opened a refrigerator in the absence of the user, at a low cost.SOLUTION: The open/close sensor 8 of a refrigerator 2 transmits an open/close signal indicating open/close of the door of a detected refrigerator 2 to a controller 1. An at-home information acquisition unit 11 of the controller 1 acquires the at-home information of the user. When determining that a user is absent on the basis of the at-home information, an at-home determination unit 13 sends an absence notice to a camera control section 15. Upon receiving open/close signal indicating the opening of the door of the refrigerator, an open/close determination unit 14 sends a door opening notice to the camera control section 15. When receiving the door opening notice after receiving the absence notice, the camera control section 15 sends a photography instruction signal to cameras 7a, 7b. The cameras 7a, 7b are installed at positions in the refrigerator capable of photographing the outside of the refrigerator when the door opens, photograph upon receiving the photography instruction signal, and sends an image signal to the controller 1.
