PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitoring device and a relay system capable of achieving band monitoring with a small resource.SOLUTION: A band monitoring section divides the first identifier ISID of a received frame FR3 into a plurality of bit regions including first and second bit regions 35a, 35b, and monitors the band of the frame. More specifically, the band monitoring section counts the size of frames received in a predetermined period, for each value of the first bit region 35a (first processing). Furthermore, when there is a count value satisfying predetermined conditions in the first processing, the band monitoring section counts the size of the frames received anew in the predetermined period, where the value of the first bit region of a first identifier is a first value, for each value of the second bit region 35b, based on the value of the corresponding first bit region (second processing).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
