PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector capable of: reducing internal resistance of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery; being used suitably for a nonaqueous electrolyte battery such as a lithium ion secondary battery and for an electricity storage component such as a capacitor for an electric double layer and a lithium ion capacitor; and achieving improved high rate characteristics and longer life.SOLUTION: A collector 1 includes a resin layer 5 with a conductivity on at least one surface of a conductive base material 3. The resin layer contains a chitosan-based resin and a conductive material. The contact angle of a solvent-based paste is 15-50 degrees and/or the contact angle of an aqueous model active material paste is 10-50 degrees, the contact angles being measured on a resin surface at 23°C in a thermostatic chamber by a θ/2 method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
