摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy core having good soft magnetic characteristics, while reliably suppressing temperature rise of a material, i.e., an amorphous alloy, over a preset heat treatment temperature.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy core, containing grains having an average crystal grain diameter of 100 nm or less and having good soft magnetic characteristics, includes to mold a core-shaped heated body 1 of an amorphous alloy 3, to cover the surface of the heated body 1, in contact therewith, with a coating member 8 having a heat conductivity higher than that of the amorphous alloy 3, and to cause nanocrystallization of the amorphous alloy 3 by heat-treating the heated body 1 covered with the coating member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
