PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate an advertisement panel with illumination evenly.SOLUTION: Illumination means has a translucent tube 2 and a plurality of first LEDs and a plurality of second LEDs. The first LEDs and the second LEDs are provided on a support body 3 in the tube 2. The first LEDs and the second LEDs radiate from the support body 3 into different space directions respectively. Furthermore, it includes a first end cap 21 and a second end cap 21. The first end cap is provided at a first end part, the second end cap is provided at a second end part, and at least the first end cap has a terminal for supplying electric energy from a lamp base for single-base fluorescent lamp or for straight tube fluorescent lamp in the LED.
