PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that enables miniaturization of the body type and simplification of the structure of a heat sink.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 10 includes a board 40, a plurality of electronic components 11 to 23, and a heat sink 30. The plurality of electronic components 11 to 23 mounted on the board 40 include a custom IC 22 and a plurality of tall parts 16 to 20 taller than the custom IC 22. The heat sink 30 has a recessed portion 31 that collectively houses the plural tall parts 16 to 20, and is provided on the side on which the plural tall parts 16 to 20 are mounted on the board 40. Accordingly, in the electronic control device 10, the plural tall parts 16 to 20 and the heat sink 30 can be provided on the same surface side of the board 40, and the plural tall parts 16 to 20 can be collectively housed in the concave portion 31 of the heat sink 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
