PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a tire member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a tire member makes the tire member by winding-processing an unvulcanized rubber molding extruded from a rubber extruder in an annular shape on a winding object. This manufacturing method includes a measurement process S4 of measuring a first characteristic of the rubber molding before winding-processing, a process S5 of determining whether or not the first characteristic is within a predetermined allowable range, a process S3 of winding-processing the rubber molding when determined that the first characteristic is within the allowable range and a process S6 of stopping the winding-processing of the rubber molding when determined that the first characteristic is outside of the allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
