COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING OF PLASTIC BITUMEN

The obtained bitumen can be used for the production of hydro-insulation sheets and coating in construction. It offers improved plastic and elastic properties and is produced under mild technological conditions. The composition includes 50 - 85 % tar and additives: 15 - 50 % average boiler oil, and/or 15 - 30 % average viscosity extract, and or 15 - 45 % fuel oil of kinematic viscosity at 50 degrees C 30 mm<2>/s, or a mixture of these additives at a ratio of 1:1:1. According to the method, the products are fed into an oxidizer at a temperature of 200-220 degrees C, they are heated to 240-250 degrees C, and then they are flushed with air in a quantity of 5 - 25 l/kg/h.
