The clutch operating device (10) has a linearly displaced operating element controlled via a rotatable 2-armed lever (20). The operating section of the latter is provided by an intermediate element (30) which is movable to the lever (20), acting against a contact surface (34) of the clutch operating element. Pref. the intermediate element (30) is pivoted relative to the lever arm (26) about an axis (31) parallel to the lever axis (21). USE - For vehicle with transverse mounted engine.
