<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically lock a turn unit 104 to a both-sided unit main body 102 when a both-sided unit 100 is completely inserted into a copying machine main body 1. <P>SOLUTION: The copying machine includes: the both-sided unit main body 102 mounted so as to be drawn from or inserted into the copying machine main body 1 in the forward and backward directions; the turn unit 104 mounted to the both-sided unit main body 102 so as to be turnable; and a locking means 110 which locks the turn unit 104 to the both-sided unit main body 102 such that the unit 104 is freely released from the main body 102. A guide rail 142 with a projection 140 is disposed on the copying machine main body 1.
