PURPOSE: To create a recording method and device for an optical disk master panel under a clean environment used at any time at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A complete assembly 10 is made up of an optical disk 2 with an optical active thin layer 19 on which pits 42 are formed and having a write surface 18, a cover 4 isolating the write surface from surrounding air to form a clean environment, a removable frame 12 integrating the optical disk 2 and the cover 4 and a foil layer 36 protecting the lower part of the assembly 10 from dirt.
