<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a solution by conventional technique to a fault of a working station for machining a plate-like element. <P>SOLUTION: The working station for machining the plate-like element has a frame 1, a working tool 9, horizontal gripper bars 2 for gripping the front edge part of a sheet and two driving chains 4 having a shape like an endless loop. Each driving chain 4 is fixed to one end of a gripper bar 2 and has a chain guide 8 fixed to the frame 1 and a means for bringing the gripper bar 2 near the working tool 9. A cam sensor 12 fixed to each end part of the gripper bar 2, a descending arm of the gripper bar fixed to the frame 1 and the chain guide 8 make the rotation of the gripper bar 2 around a front link shaft while being supported on the chain guide possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
