PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation of a sound image even in the case of simultaneous utterance by plural parties by using a 1st coding/ decoding means on the occurrence of simultaneous utterance of plural parties and using a 2nd coding/ decoding means on the occurrence of utterance of a single party CONSTITUTION:When a single plural party utterance discrimination device 7 discriminates an utterance to be utterance of plural parties, a voice signal inputted from microphones 1a, 1b is coded by plural party utterance coders 3a, 3b respectively. Then the signals are decoded respectively by plural party utterance decoders 15a, 15b. On the other hand, when the discrimination device 7 discriminates single utterance, the voice signal inputted from the microphones 1a, 1b is coded by a single party utterance coder 5. then the signal is decoded by a single party decoder 17. |
