PURPOSE: To effectively prevent and suppress dew condensation by providing double layered glass with a changeover means capable of freely changing over the double layered glass to a state that the intermediate air layer between a pair of sheet glasses fo the double layered glass communicates with an outdoor space and a state that the intermediate air layer communicates with an interior space. CONSTITUTION: This double layered glass is juxtaposed with the outdoor side sheet glass 1 and the interior side sheet glass 2 via a spacer 3 and is formed with the intermediate air layer M between both sheet glasses 1 and 2. Both sheet glasses 1, 2 are provided with communicating holes in prescribed positions and are provided with an outside cylindrical body 5 in the state of penetrating both communicating holes. Further, an inside cylindrical body is inserted and held within the outside cylindrical body 5 freely rotatably around the axial center of the outside cylindrical body 5. A user rotates the inside cylindrical body by operating a changeover knob 12 disposed in the inside cylindrical body, thereby making the intermediate air layer M communicate with the outdoor space X via the opening 5A on the side face of the outside cylindrical body, the outdoor side intermediate opening 8 and the outdoor side communicating hole 9. The user otherwise rotates the inside cylindrical body to make the intermediate air layer M communicate with the interior space R via the opening 5A on the side face of the outside cylindrical body, the interior side intermediate opening 10 and the interior side communicating hole 11. |
