PURPOSE: To provide an electric power plant starting-up schedule calculating apparatus capable of reducing a load on a designer and effecting the design in a short time in place of the design based on knowledge. CONSTITUTION: A schedule forming means 0101 forms the initial starting-up schedule of an electric power plant, and a new starting-up schedule forming means 0106 forms a new actuating schedule on the basis of the starting-up schedule and time. A calculating means 0102 calculates presumed thermal stress and starting-up time in the starting-up and a memory means 0104 stores an starting-up schedule having short starting-up time in limited thermal stress or less. A schedule selecting means 0103 in the case of the limited thermal stress or less allows the memory means to store the starting-up schedule having the shorter actuating time. A time converting means 0105 calculates a conversion starting-up. The respective means are repetitively operated to obtains successively the starting-up schedule so that the presumed thermal stress is under the limited thermal stress. |
