PURPOSE: To easily produce a drink containing large amounts of soluble calcium and vitamin C at a low cost by using various kinds of fresh juice as it is or adjusting the pH of the juice to efficiently dissolve the bones of birds, animals, fish or shellfish which have been mostly discarded. CONSTITUTION: This calcium-containing fresh juice is produced by dissolving a natural calcium component such as bones of mammals, birds or fish, shell of shellfish, crust of crustaceans or shell of egg in a drink containing vitamin C produced from one or more kinds of fruits, berries, vegetables or seaweeds or free from vitamin C. |
