PURPOSE: To provide a microscope for an operation which can set a reaching distance(RD) fit for an operation doctor. CONSTITUTION: A microscope for an operation is provided with an objective lens-barrel 10 to house an objective optical system to observe an eye 1 to be examined, an eyepiece lens-barrel 40 to house an image forming optical system to form an examining object part image passing through the objective optical system and a connecting lens-barrel 30 which adjacently connects the objective lens-barrel 10 and the eyepiece lens-barrel 40 to each other so that the optical axis 10a of the objective optical system and the optical axis 40a of the image forming optical system become almost parallel to each other and houses a relay optical system to connect the optical axis 10a of the objective optical system and the optical axis 40a of the image forming optical system to each other. |
