PURPOSE: To feed hot and cold water in a natural posture while insuring safety, and simply fit a counter. CONSTITUTION: A bath room counter is temporarily held by inserting the upper flange 12u of a decorative cover 12 constituting the bath room counter 10 into the pinchedly holding part 141 of a fixing metal fitting 14 fitted to one wall panel 4. Under this condition, the lower flange of the decorative cover 12 is fastened to the one wall panel 4 by screws.
