PURPOSE: To remove snow easily, and to generate electricity efficiently by solar rays even in a building constructed in a snowy area. CONSTITUTION: A linear heater 12 is formed on the rear of a tempered glass plate 11 on the surface of a solar cell panel installed on a roof in zigzag array, and snow coverage is heated and melted. A snow coverage sensor 26 is fitted at a lower corner, and the interruption of heating and the interruption of solar cells 15 are changed over in response to snow coverage. Accordingly, power generation is stopped automatically and snow is melted under the state of snow coverage, and operation is returned to power generation under the state, in which snow coverage is removed. |
