The leaf comprises a double-glazing unit glued to a frame (1) and secured by a stop (8) in a fixed frame (3). The latter, comprises an insulated outer chamber (4) and an uninsulated inner one (5). The outer wall (6) of the outer chamber extends beyond the inner one (7) and forms the stop for the leaf (2), which is fully covered on the side towards the joint chamber (10) by a profiled seal (9). Between the leaf frame (1) and the inner chamber a fitting chamber (11) is formed, largely covered by metal walls. The outer chamber inner wall (7) protrudes beyond the surface (12) towards the fitting chamber, and a roof-shaped profiled insulating member fits over the protruding portion (13).
