PURPOSE:To quickly detect a working abnormality, to again carry out working at the minimum retrace and to perform an efficient unmanned drive. CONSTITUTION:A light quantity sensor 12 to detect the light quantity of a working point CP is mounted on a working head 5. When the working abnormality such as burning, gouging, etc., is caused, the light quantity at the working point CP is increased therefore, when the light quantity detected by the light sensor 12 exceeds a set value, it is detected as a working abnormality. Since the working abnormality is detected quickly, a working range under working abnormality is shortened and the quality of a finished article is improved. Even when working is resumed by automatically returning to a working point, the amount of return can be brought to a set short distance and thereby be worked efficiently. |
