PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire bending apparatus for a transformer winding, wherein the bendings of the lead wires of the winding-end side of the transformer winding can be performed easily when two flat wires wound with one over the other are used as the transformer winding. SOLUTION: In this bending apparatus for lead wires, there are provided a guide member 50 with guide grooves 50c, 50d for guiding two flat wires respectively to their spool sides, bending rollers 73, 83 for bending individually along the corner portions provided in the end portions of the guide grooves 50c, 50d the respective terminal portions of the winding-end sides of the two flat wires protruded from the guide member 50, and cylinders 76, 86 for driving respectively the rollers 73, 83. Performing the bendings of the flat wires independently of each other, the bending positions of the two flat wires can be determined individually to prevent positional discrepancies from occurring in the terminal portions of the two flat wires of the winding-end side of a transformer winding. |
