PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make work comfortable by facilitating local cleaning of room floor, and eliminating uncomfortable feeling and unclean feeling in cleaning work. SOLUTION: Around a stool installing face 3A where a stool body 20 is settled of a flat room floor face 3 of a toilet room 1, a water flow pathway 7 which is possible to concentrate at a point toward downstream where a drain hole opens with a water slopeθis formed lower than the room floor face 3. A faucet 11 is arranged facing the upstream side part 7a of this water flow pathway 7 as a water supply means of wash water W, and warm air heating units 12 and 12 are provided as a drying means that can dry the circumference of the stool installing face 3A.
