A piston is pneumatically moved within a cylinder and is fitted with an axially extending peg-shaped attachment. The attachment is coupled to the flap by means of a curve guide and pushers so that axial movement of the piston is converted to rotational movement. The central axis of the attachment is eccentric in relation to the inner wall of the cylinder by about 12% of the cylinder radius.
