Herein is disclosed an excellent sweetner composition having a high level of sweetness and well-balanced sweetness characteristics close to those of sucrose, which composition comprises N-ÄN-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L- alpha -aspartylÜ-L-phenylal anine 1-methyl ester and Aspartame and/or Acesulfame K at specific proportions.
