A business-use laundering method capable of effectively preventing the shrinking and damaging of laundry in business-use laundering, and a laundering device used for the method. Bubbles are introduced from below laundry charged in a laundry tank (10) and the laundry tank (10) is controlled in operation so as to be basically kept at a standstill, thereby making laundering using water and a detergent more effective by the action of rising bubbles. Namely, fine bubbles passing the laundry from below force the water and the detergent to also pass the laundry along with them. In addition, no mechanical force is applied to the laundry to move it for a laundering purpose, and the laundry tank is controlled to be operated basically kept in a standstill condition. |
