PURPOSE: Provided are a recovered resin material of a waste agricultural film to separate or eliminate the agrochemical, clay, soil, sand, metal, farm products, pieces of glass or rubber attachments and size within a desired range of the particle diameter and make as a material, and a method and apparatus for recovering the resin material therefrom. The resin material is reused by grinding efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The resin material(83) recovered by separating the attachments(84) from the waste agricultural film is characterized in that it is composed of the waste agricultural film obtained by grinding the waste agricultural film to a plurality of the respective subjective small pieces(82), applying an impulse fractural force to the respective grinded subjective small pieces(82), and separating the resin material(83) and attachments(84).
