The base making cylinder for a paper bag making machine carries paper tube sections on its periphery to move them past operating stations. The tube sections are held by vacuum heads (2a,b) and side grippers. Adjusters are provided for at least one side gripper (1a,b) and one vacuum head, to keep the paper bag tubes in a preset orientation. |
