PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized lightweight wheelchair for pet animals, easily attachable to the pet animal with a simple structure, easily handleable in a small room, etc., having excellent productivity to enable easy assembling of parts by a proper combination of the parts according to the body shape of the animal, enabling easy adjustment of the mismatching of the wheelchair to the body shape of the pet animal caused by the inadequate measurement of the body dimension in the order, the growth of the pet after delivery, the change of the symptom, etc., by the adjustment of the position of the parts, the exchange of the parts or the addition of parts, having excellent versatility, easily keeping the standing posture or walking the pet with easy posture without applying load on the pet animal, having excellent stability, preventing the secondary disorders and diseases and having excellent reliability. SOLUTION: The wheelchair for a pet animal has a body frame, a saddle attached to the body frame and supporting the body of a quadruped pet such as dog, cat and weasel from under by inserting the right and left hind legs, a shoulder pad to be attached to the shoulder of the pet at the front side of the body frame, and wheels placed at both sides of the lower end of the back of the body frame.
