<p>Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for neurogenic pain, which has an excellent therapeutic effect on neurogenic pain which is an intractable disease. Specifically, disclosed is a therapeutic agent for neurogenic pain or a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of neurogenic pain which comprises, as an active ingredient, (1) a compound having an anti-progesterone activity (e.g., fulvestrant (ICI182.780), fluocinolone acetonide, triamcinolone acetonide), (2) a compound having an estrogenic activity (e.g., 17ß-estradiol) or (3) a mixture of a compound having an anti-progesterone activity and a compound having an estrogenic activity (e.g., 17ß-estradiol and fulvestrant). Also disclosed is a method for treatment of neurogenic pain by using any one of the compounds.</p> |
