<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more simply a microwave integrated circuit having a wide-band and good frequency characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In the microwave integrated circuit 10, a coplanar line and MIM capacitors, etc. are formed on the top surface of a circuit board 28. A resistor 60 to be an wave absorber is provided extensively on the bottom surface of the circuit board. By virtue of this resistor 60, the electric field generated in the inside of the circuit board is so attenuated as to be able to suppress any resonance phenomenon.
