The apparatus comprises a reticular structure constituted by knots and profiles between which some free spaces are defined and some panels are adjusted. The panels are shaped in a flexible metallic material of little thickness. The dimensional irregularities introduce the insulating material in the panel. A sheet forming a modular unit outside for each hole covers the panel. An independent claim is also included for a constructive method of a surrounding enclosure of an air-conditioning apparatus.
