PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composition with excellent charging characteristics and excellent dispensing performance. SOLUTION: A toner has: a core with a first latex having a first glass transition temperature; and a shell surrounding the core and including a second latex having a second glass transition temperature.
