VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

A voltage generating circuit and a display device having the same are provided to prevent a response speed from changing according to temperature by generating a plurality of gamma voltages based on the first drive voltage which is uniformly maintained regardless of temperature. A drive voltage generating unit(310) converts an input voltage from the exterior into the first drive voltage, outputs the converted voltage, and outputs the second drive voltage varying according to temperature in response to a feedback voltage. A temperature compensating unit(320) receives the second drive voltage, and applies the feedback voltage having a different value according to a temperature change to the drive voltage generating unit. A gate-on voltage generating unit(330) generates a gate-on voltage by pumping the second drive voltage. A gamma voltage generating unit(350) receives the first driver voltage and outputs a plurality of gamma voltages each having different voltage level between the first drive voltage and a ground voltage.
