FIELD: mechanical engineering; agricultural. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of loose materials, namely, to device for aspiration of said loose materials and it can be used in elevators, grain handling and mixed food mills. Proposed device has housing in form of trough with closed volume accommodating transportation member with drive, cover hermetically fastened over transportation member, charging and discharge branch pipes and conical diffuser with pipeline to let out loose material suspension. Cover is made in form of hemisphere to create additional space for sliding of finely divided particles. Said additional space is equal to 0.5-1.0 of initial working space of device housing. Diffuser of taper 1:5 - 6 and charging branch pipes are made with taper reverse to flow. Device is furnished also with additional diffuser. ^ EFFECT: provision of dust control of production locations at transportation of loose materials and reduced material losses in transportation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
