FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; production of mandrels used for manufacture of articles made out of the composite material. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to the equipment and fittings used for manufacture of the pipes made out of the polymeric composite materials. The mandrel used for manufacture of the articles is made out of the composite material and contains the tubular bearing component composed of the sectors made in the form of the segments connected in pairs with the clearance and mounted by means of the support members. Support members are tightened with the capability of adjusting concerning the central axis of the tubular bearing component, in which cross-cut ends the caps are mounted. One of the sectors composing the tubular bearing component has the bent shape for coupling of other sectors with it and production of the articles of different shape of bending. Segments composing the sector are equipped with brackets used for the coupling components. Support members are made out of slices and disks. On one end of the slices there are the tapers and on other end - the trapezoidal hanging protrusions facing different sides and entering in contact with annular grooves formed in the cross-cut ends of the coupled sectors. Disks are made fast on the slices, one of the disks has grooves and on other there is the conical surface corresponding to the taper of the slice. The invention allows to manufacture the articles of the different shape of bending, allows simply and safely to place the sectors forming the tubular bearing component, inside with their subsequent extraction. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture the articles with the different shape of bending, simplification and safety in placing the sectors forming the tubular bearing component, inside and their subsequent extraction. ^ 7 dwg |
