FIELD: medicine, psychology. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is important to form the groups of patients, stimulate their great desire for self-correction in the course of instruction process to make it be conscious. Moreover, one should apply rational therapy and metaphors. It is necessary to develop a hypothetical image due to applying suggestive impact, neurolinguistic programming and metaphors. As the above-mentioned hypothetical image it is necessary to develop the image "My ideal image" - a patient's image after finishing the instruction conducted. It is necessary to fix hypothetical image daily due to training one's imagination, with the help of a verbal anchor, visual-motor reaction due to writing a manuscript diary and doing exercise called "mirror" being approaches to a mirror to find only positive daily alterations in oneself.
