A wavelength converted laser apparatus is provided to adjusts a position of a beam and maintain a high optical density by forming a periodically-poled pattern having a different period on an optical waveguide region. A wavelength converted laser apparatus includes a laser optical source(11), a non-linear optical determination unit(15), and a moving unit(18). The laser optical source emits a first wavelength light. The non-linear optical determination unit includes an optical waveguide region and a clad region. The optical waveguide region has a first refractive index which receives a first wavelength light and outputs a second wavelength light. The clad region is contacted with the optical waveguide region, and has a second refractive index lower than the first refractive index. The non-linear optical determination unit has a periodically-poled structure of which a periodically-poled is formed to be changed along a vertical direction to an incident axis of the first wavelength light. The moving unit moves the non-linear optical determination unit for the periodically-poled of an incident first wavelength light to be changed. The periodically-poled structure has a periodically-poled pattern(15a) of a fan-shape.
