PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow analysis system capable of rapidly and automatically performing pretreatment, capable of minimizing an added pretreatment solution and capable of measuring trace amounts of an element in a sample solution, in real time. SOLUTION: A pretreatment means has: a flow rate ratio changing means for changing the flow rate ratio of the flow rate of an analyzing target liquid and/or that of the pretreatment liquid with the elapse of time, by changing the flow rate ratio; a liquidity measuring means for measuring the liquidity of the mixed liquid of the analyzing target liquid and the pretreatment liquid and a liquidity determining means for determining whether the liquidity becomes a predetermined state. The flow rate ratio changing means functions so as to be able to change the flow rate ratio, even in a positive direction and a negative direction, corresponding to the liquidity, when the direction increasing the flow rate ratio of the pretreatment liquid with respect to the mixed liquid of the analyzing target liquid and the pretreatment liquid is set in the positive direction so as to guide the mixed liquid to an analysis means, when the liquidity goes into a predetermined state.
