A functional double paper cup is provided to promote an insulation effect and safety by an outer cup with a transverse creases, to maintain freshness of contained food and to prevent deterioration of the food by anion and far-infrared rays radiated from an inner cup. A functional double paper cup includes: an inner cup(8) formed by coating a paper with at least one of silica-Tourmaline and silica nano-silver with a paper coating agent, and having a wing(9); and an outer cup(11) having any one of stair-shaped transverse creases(12), concave-shaped transverse creases, and convex-shaped transverse creases, which are formed on the wall. The double paper cup is formed by putting the outer cup on the inner cup. |
