<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly adjust the light intensity of a light emitting element even when variation in an individual or aging occurs by detecting emission intensity. <P>SOLUTION: The entire light emitting region is divided into four divided areas A1-A4 for instance. Color sensors 13-1 to 13-4 are provided in the respective divided areas A1-A4. A control part 25 respectively adjusts the emission intensity of light emitting element groups 12-1 to 12-4 using reference values Ra1-Ra4 of the respective divided areas A1-A4. Also, correcting illuminations 14-1 to 14-4 are provided in the respective divided regions A1-A4, and the aging of the color sensors 13-1 to 13-4 is compensated by the correcting illuminations 14-1 to 14-4.
