APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRE-DESTORTTING IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An apparatus and a method for pre-distortion in a wireless communication system are provided to compensate non-linearity due to a memory effect and scalability of bandwidth of a power amplifier of an envelope tracking mode by performing a digital pre-distortion through a look up table. A size of high inter-modulation and a size of low inter-modulation about voltages of signals for amplifying a power are confirmed(401). A bandwidth and a phase about I channel and Q channel of the low inter-modulation and the high inter-modulation are confirmed(403). A look up table is formed, and stores the bandwidth and the phase of the high inter-modulation and the low inter-modulation according to an input voltage(405). A bandwidth and a phase are selected according to a voltage of a signal for amplifying the look up table. A signal for amplification through the selected bandwidth and phase is pre-distorted in a form of a digital signal.
