An air bag for a vehicle which limits movement and protects passenger from impact is provided to protect the passenger, supply an airbag cushion and limit the movement of the passenger. An air bag for vehicle includes an airbag cushion and a control cushion(30). The air bag cushion is fixed to an airbag cover(10). In the control cushion is the outer side of the air bag cushion, the air bag cushion is surrounded. The control cushion is fixed with the airbag cover air bag cushion while surrounding the external front of the air bag cushion. The expanded volume of the control cushion is smaller than the expanded volume of the air bag cushion. A fracture unit(40) is formed on one side of the control cushion.
