<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight hybrid type electric vehicle capable of enhancing the steering performance and the traveling performance with a small engine generator mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid type electric-driven vehicle 1 has steering control wheels 4 and driving wheels 7, and travels by transmitting the power of a drive motor 18 to the driving wheels 7 by supplying the power generated by a generator 13 driven by an engine 10 and the power of a battery 15 to the drive motor 18. The drive motor 18 is disposed at the position separate from an axle 8 of the driving wheels 7, and transmissions 37 and 40 are disposed on a part of the drive motor 18 and an axle part of the driving wheels 7 so that the power of the drive motor 18 is transmitted to the driving wheel side by a chain or a drive shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
