<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing stirrer for granular powder or the like which has a simple structure with a small number of components and a supporting structure for rotary blades allowing easy disassembly, cleaning and assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mixing stirrer includes a contamination-proof seal in the lid of a container for mixing-stirring of granular powder or the like, and comprises: a driving shaft 38 rotated by a motor 32; a housing 36 supporting the driving shaft 38; an annular plate 40 connecting the container-side end of the housing 36 with the lid 20; a disk 43 in which a boss portion 43a is engaged in the tip of the driving shaft 38 and a flange portion 43b is made close to the annular plate 40 and transmitted with a rotating force from the driving shaft 38; a chopper 44 fixed to the disk 43; and a clamp 45. The stirrer also includes a bearing seal 46 and, between the close opposite surfaces of the annular plate 40 and the flange portion of the disk, a labyrinth seal composed of two or more annular convex parts 40a formed in the annular plate 40 and two or more annular convex parts 43b' formed in the flange portion 43b of the disk 43, arranged alternately.
