PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local wear detection device of a slider which can detect occurrence of a local wear of the slider in an early stage, and a local wear detection program for the same.SOLUTION: A pantograph bounce occurrence place determination unit determines, when a pantograph detection device detects pantograph bounce, a trolley wire position detected by a trolley wire position detection device as a pantograph bounce occurrence place at the same time. A pantograph bounce occurrence frequency calculation unit 10c calculates a pantograph bounce occurrence frequency at which pantograph bounce separating the trolley wire from the slider occurs in each pantograph bounce occurrence place. The pantograph bounce occurrence frequency calculation unit 10c counts the pantograph bounce occurrence frequency in each pantograph bounce occurrence place corresponding to the pantograph bounce occurrence place (trolley wire position). A local wear determination unit 10d determines whether the slider has local wear based on the pantograph bounce occurrence frequency at which pantograph bounce separating the trolley wire from the slider occurs. The local wear determination unit 10d determines that the slider has local wear when the pantograph bounce occurrence frequency in each pantograph bounce occurrence place exceeds a prescribed value (threshold value). |
