PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a synchronization failure of an EPC device correcting the meandering in the carrying of a web, when a touch sensor film is manufactured by a web machining device aligning a plurality of carrying rollers in a carrying direction of the web and carrying the web to be processed.SOLUTION: A web processing device has at least a carrying system which aligns a plurality of carrying rollers in a carrying direction of a web and carries the web; and a wet processing unit performing the wet processing on the web. A part contacted with the web of the carrying roller in the wet processing unit of the carrying rollers, is made from a material which has a retracting contact angle to water of 90-115 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
